Welcome to my home! Nestled among family homes in Clamart, my house is close to Clamart station, roughly 11 minutes on foot, and within short walking distance of a Franprix and a Lidl. Popular spots such as Fort De Vanves, a historical military fort, Cimetière de Malakoff and Ichikawa Japanese Garden are reasonably close and worth checking out to get a sense of serenity outside the hustle and bustle of Paris. It comprised a ground floor with a private garden heavily shaded by large trees. The living room is minimally furnished and well-kept, with plenty of open space to move around: it has a comfortable seating area for relaxing after a long day of exploring the surrounding area and watching all your favourite shows on the TV. A fireplace to keep yourself warm during the colder months. A large family style to enjoy homecooked meals, which can be improvised as a workspace, and an open-plan kitchen with all the essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and a dining table. Upstairs, the bedrooms are spacious, well-kept and minimally furnished; the master bedroom has a king-size bed with a sliding glass door. The second room has two single beds and is suited for children. Additionally, a third room with a sofa can be converted into a double bed to fit two extra guests. Hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
