3-room-apartment (2 BR, 4+2 sleeps), 1st. floor in a very quiet, green location with mountain view, surrounded by trees and bordered by a stream. 600 mt from the heart of St.Gervais les Bains / Mont BlancCompact Very functional layout, facing east, south and west. Entry with built-in wardrobe. Living facing south west with 1 sofa-bed (2 sleeps), TV (SAT + cable), CD player, exit onto a sunny terrace, mountains view. Kitchenette (electric 4-ring hob, mini-oven, refrigerator, dish-washer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, water boiler, set fondue, raclette), dining table for 6 people, washing machine, iron + ironing board, clothes horse. 1 master bedroom facing north-east queen size bed (2 sleeps), 1 built-in wardrobe; 1 bedroom facing north-east with bunk bed (2 sleeps) and 2 built-in wardrobes. 1 full bathroom / shower, hair dryer. Electric heating. View on the mountains. All windows equipped with wooden shutters. Private underground garage.
I am an italian doctor. I used this apartment for years since when I was single and then with my wife and children. We spent there beautiful time. We no longer use it since we moved to Chamonix for our holidays.
St.Gervais les Bains / Mont Blanc, cozy lively village with shops and restaurants. Ski area Evasion Mont Blanc at 1.5 km (2' by car with free parking or free shuttle at 200 m). Alpine train to Les Houches ski area (World cup slopes) at 1.5 km. Indoor iceskating, In and outdoor swimming pool, tennis, all at 200 m. Note: Cable car St Gervais - Bettex open and functioning even in COVID period
