40sqm brand new fully equipped private appartment with 1 bedroom king-size bed. It's exceptional location makes it a peaceful home, even at the peak season, in must-go destination. Every commodities (town centre, supermarket, shopping) at less than 2 km or even at walking distance. Hossegor Golf Course at a few hundred meters and white sand beaches at 4 km max, accessible by car or bike. On demand, and upon availability, discounts on Green-Fees for the Golf de Seignosse (6km) and Golf de Moliets (30km). 2 green-fees per Golf and per stay. Private parking in front of the premises. Kitchen fully equipped : Fridge and deep freezer, induction hobs, extractor hood, inserted oven, dish washer, washing machine, coffee machine and boiler. Bathing room : Italian shower, hair dryer, bathroom linen provided without charge. Although it's designed for couples, it allows children or another couple thanks to a top quality convertible sofa, very easy to open/close. Private 22 sqm South oriented wooden terrrace to enjoy outside dinner or breakfasts.
We welcome tourists in general and Golfers in particular. There are at least 15 golf courses in a 30 km radius.
Exceptionally calm location in a summer busy resort. This makes the difference when the day breaks and it's time to relax.
