Dans l'hyper-centre de Montpellier, sur rue piétonne, venez découvrir ce magnifique appartement traversant et authentique restauré avec goût. Très simple d'accès, Il se situe au rez de chaussée d'un hôtel particulier du 19eme siècle et donne sur cour. L'appartement se compose d'un salon, d'une salle de bain, d'une cuisine et d'une chambre en mezzanine. Il convient parfaitement à une évasion en amoureux ou en famille. L'espace est adapté à trois adultes maximum (1 lit et un sofa convertible).
Hello, welcome to my profile. A little bit about me: I grow up in France but live now in the US and I work in the tech field. I do speak fluently French and English. My apartment is well well located and will allow you to visit my city with ease.
The apartment is in the center of Montpellier on a pedestrian street. In walking distance of the apartment, you will have access to all the sightseeing sites as well as great bars, restaurants and clubs. Did you know? The apartment is on a road named "Aiguillerie" which means needlework in reference to the fact that back in the 17th, 18th and 19th century, this street hosted well established shops that produced all sorts of needles as well as fashion clothes that were sent all over France. This is a very pedestrian neighborhood. Cars are allowed in the center of Montpellier only at certain time early in the morning. However, you can park you car in "Parking Foch Prefecture" which is located at 2min walking distance from the apartment.
