Superb Breton house in exposed stones from the 1930s, completely renovated. Combining authenticity of the old and modern comfort with an enclosed garden of 400m² and an electric gate. 2 bedrooms with 2 queensize beds, and extra mattresses then a big 3rd bedroom with 3 single beds and children's play area. There are 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a living room with TV, desk, sofa, armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen / dining room. Washing machine, dryer are at your disposal. Covid 19 period: cleaning, which was a feasible option for the tenant, will, until the end of the pandemic, be carried out by a company that completely disinfects the laundry and the house. You will still have to pay 39 Euros for additional cleaning, in person by the person in charge, when you leave.
Of Breton origin, living in Switzerland, father of a beautiful family of 3 children, the 5 of us travel as often as possible. I am available for questions about places (hidden beaches, important historical sites, good restaurants, ...) not to be missed. By messages (preferably WhatsApp or Telegram, otherwise SMS), I am very responsive.
The district of Trofeunteun (around the fountains in Breton), located at the limits of Roscoff and Saint Pol de Léon, by the sea, benefits from an exceptional historical heritage thanks to its castle and its manor, just a few minutes from the House. The Bistro "Chez Jeanne", located almost in front of the house, is an institution, you can buy sometimes seafood, sometimes fresh vegetables, without intermediaries, while chatting with local customers. Served by buses, possibility of loan of a car and bicycles, ask me.
