Property information

This house is located on the 1st line in front of Mont St-Michel. In a typical Norman farmhouse, dating from 1850, it is fully equipped and offers all the comforts one is looking for at home. You can reach the Mont on foot, in 20 minutes to the dam and 45 to the foot of the Mont. Ideal for walkers. Every evening you can witness the passage of sheep with an exceptional view, and in the morning at sunrise with the passage of sheep. For amenities, the house is located 5 minutes from Pontorson and 15 minutes from Avranches. For the beaches you will be 40 minutes from Cancale and Jullouville and 40 minutes from Granville. We also offer breakfast delivery (full and hearty). It will be dropped off at 8 a.m. in the kitchen of the house. When you wake up, all you have to do is help yourself. Contact me if needed.
