Facing south, the Mediterranean Sea, you'll enjoy a magnificent open or enclosed terrace, whichever you prefer, to enjoy your meals in the sun while admiring the sea. Nestled on the 1st floor of a secure residence, 60 meters from the beach, you'll find everything you need to enjoy and relax in this quiet and elegant apartment. The view is magical! The apartment is located in a quiet and secure residence. Just a stone's throw from the beach. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac (so there's no traffic or vehicle noise). Numerous shops are within a 10-minute walk, accessible from the beach or the road (bakery, mini-market, greengrocers, newsagent, tobacconist, numerous restaurants, boutiques, ice cream parlor, wine bar, etc.). You'll find everything you need on site!
