This duplex apartment has 2 levels with a large bedroom upstairs and a large open plan kitchen, sitting and dinning area on the ground level. The area is connected by an ancient spiral antique stairs .situated right by the Canal st Martin and Bastille. With metro line 1,5,8 &7 plus buses on the square. It’s on a quiet residential street hidden from the main roads. The apartment is bright with high ceilings. It is well facilitated and home felt.
I live between London and Paris. I used to travel on business and now for leisure. I like to provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment for my guests and I enjoy walking in the Marais and nearby St Germain there are plenty of interesting places and shops to visit and things to do.
Quiet residential street with lots of restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and shops nearby in the area of the Marais, St Paul and rue de Faubourg and BHV etc etc.
