In a superb town house in the heart of the city, overlooking one of Nantes' most beautiful squares and close to prestigious sites such as the Musée d'Art and the Château des Ducs, come and discover this 180 m2 flat with its refined, historic and luxurious decor, where every room is a journey. The building is listed in the French inventory of historic monuments. The flat comprises two large, bright living rooms, two bedrooms (king-size bed and double bed), a boudoir (sofa bed), two bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Le 1825 is located in a magnificent historic district of Nantes, with many 18th and 19th century buildings. The flat overlooks one of the most beautiful squares in Nantes, as well as the rear of the cathedral. You're just a stone's throw from the Museum of Fine Arts, the botanical gardens, the Cathedral and the Castle of Britany Dukes, and 10 minutes' walk from the train station. The area is also ideal for shopping and going out. There are plenty of shops and excellent restaurants nearby. With bus and tram services and a 10-minute walk to the station, the flat has excellent transport links.
