Le logement • Appartement T2 neuf et moderne de 37m² avec des matériaux de qualité. • Cuisine équipée : frigo-congélateur, lave- vaisselle, four, micro-ondes et petit îlot pour vos repas. • Salon : canapé convertible, TV connectée et climatisation. • Chambre : literie queen size haut de gamme pour un confort optimal. • Salle de bain : douche à l’italienne. • Terrasse de 20m² : plancha, table pour 6 personnes et parasol. Localisation idéale ( tout peut se faire en vélo ) • 2 minutes du lac, • 25 minutes en vélo de l’océan, • 5 minutes du centre-ville de Soustons • 10 min de l'océan en voiture, Logement parfait pour 4 personnes.
La dépendance est située dans le jardin d’une grande maison, totalement indépendante de votre logement. En juillet et août, il est possible que la maison principale soit louée. Rassurez-vous, votre cour restera entièrement privatisée, et des délimitations claires seront mises en place pour garantir votre tranquillité.
