House Rules and Rental Conditions :
- MANDATORY DEPOSIT.
Inventory: Dated photos will be taken before your stay. If no complaints are made upon arrival, this will be considered void in the event of a complaint after the stay.
- Arrival and departure times: Arrival from 5 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m. mandatory. Any extension not accepted will be charged at $20 per hour.
- Reservation and tenants: Tenants must occupy the premises personally. Supervision of children is mandatory. It is forbidden to accommodate unregistered persons without prior authorization, under penalty of additional charges.
- Subletting prohibited: Subletting via platforms such as Airbnb will result in penalties, including termination of the lease.
- Facilities: Equipment is provided in working order. Complaints after 24 hours will not be accepted. No cleaning will be carried out after use of the accommodation and no compensation will be granted without proof on arrival.
- Respect for neighbors: Parties and noise disturbances are prohibited, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Tobacco and drugs: Smoking and consuming illegal substances is strictly prohibited. A fine of €140 will be applied in case of non-compliance.
- Pets: Not allowed, except in exceptional cases at an additional cost.
- Used linens and trash: Eating or drinking in bed is prohibited; trash must be disposed of in the designated area before departure. Trash cans must be emptied into the designated areas of the condominium. Any soiled linen, such as linen with food or blood stains, will be charged at the price of new linen, as will any stolen linen.
- Crockery: A supplement of €40 will be charged if the crockery is not washed before your departure. You are also requested to tidy and wipe down any surfaces used.
- Breakages: Any unreported breakages will be charged at the cost of repairing the damage, depending on the costs incurred.
- Security: Close all windows and doors when leaving. Turn off lights and electronic devices to save energy. The air conditioning must not be left running.
- Access: No keys should be left behind. Any keys not returned to the key box will be charged at the locksmith's rate, as will any broken keys.
- Appliances and utensils: Kitchen equipment must be used with care and cleaned after use. They must be returned to their proper place.
- Security: A surveillance camera is installed at the entrance to prevent theft.
- Tourist tax: To be paid at the time of booking.
- Internet: All illegal downloads are prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
- ID card: Foreign nationals must present an ID card upon arrival.
- Threats and harassment: Verbal or physical threats, telephone harassment, or blackmail will not result in a refund. Such behavior is punishable by law, and we will file a complaint in the event of non-compliance.
- Violation of rules: Failure to comply with the rules may result in expulsion and cancellation of the rental.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
