Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to rent, on La Giettaz, this charming flat of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the first floor (without lift), it is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an open plan kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a balcony the width of the flat. Sheets and towels are extra, we are waiting for you to enjoy a stay in the mountains! Do you want to avoid hours spent in traffic jams and waiting to collect your keys? Want to enjoy a quiet day on the slopes on Saturday? Day area: - A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, gas hob, filter and piston coffee machine, citrus press, raclette and fondue machine... Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and an en-suite shower room. - Bedroom 2: two single beds (which can be matched) and a large wardrobe. - Bedroom 3: bunk beds and a wardrobe. - A bathroom with bathtub. - Separate WC. Exterior: - A balcony the width of the flat, about 10 metres, accessible from the kitchen and the living room, facing south-west (sunny from 12H to 16H in winter and until 19H in summer) with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks: - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - For safety reasons, the top bunk bed is not suitable for children under six - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site) - The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement to be paid by our provider on the spot) To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and Eva des Savoies Conciergerie (concierge / housekeeping service)

Neighbourhood information

The flat is ideally located in La Giettaz, 10 minutes from the slopes, in a very pleasant and quiet environment at the entrance to the village. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, sledging and dog sledding are the main activities in winter. - 10 mn from Flumet, 15 to 20 mn from Praz sur Arly, 25 mn from Megève, 15 mn from the Aravis pass, 25 mn from La Cluzas and 45 mn from Lake Annecy. - Discovery of the fauna and flora, accompanied by a local guide; mountain walks, swimming at the Flumet lake (5kms)... - Visit of a "fruitière" (reblochon cheese making) and mountain pasture farms. - The Alpine pastures festival takes place every year on August 15th, at the top of the Arravis pass, in La Giettaz. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park next to the residence (2 vehicles) or in the public car park opposite the residence. As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - 50 m from the free bus stop in summer and winter, which runs every 30 minutes. - Nearest train station: Annecy train station located at about 45 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Geneva airport located at about 1h05 by car.
