Bright and cozy family home where you can enjoy the large shaded terrace under the pergola overlooking a large wooded garden. House located in a quiet area popular with locals and tourists with shops nearby. You can enjoy beautiful sunny days for walks, bike rides and wander around the city center of Avignon and discover its different cultural sites as well as the region which is full of gems. Perfect for a tourist stay. House located just 5 minutes walk from the ramparts Our 180 m2 house is secured by an alarm and can accommodate up to 12 people, it is made up of 5 bedrooms: -a bedroom with double bed adjoining the living room on the first floor -two bedrooms with double bed on the ground floor -two air-conditioned bedrooms on the second floor, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed -a dressing room and games room You can enjoy: -two fully equipped kitchens (a smaller one on the ground floor and one on the first floor) -two living rooms (a smaller one on the ground floor and a very large living room on the first floor) -three bathrooms (one with bathtub and WC, two others also with shower and WC) You can park up to two vehicles in the garden of the property closed by a large gate. You will have access to the entire property. A deposit will be requested by check on arrival and will be returned on departure
We entrust our property to a trusted person who knows our house very well and who will give you the keys in person and will be available for you. Beds will be made upon your arrival and towels provided at an additional cost of 100 euros. You will benefit from a welcome kit to start your stay.
You can get around on foot or by tram, the stop of which is right next to the house. The train station is a 5-minute walk away, as is the city center/intramuros. You are 15 min walk from the Palais des Papes, 20 min walk from the famous Pont d'Avignon, 20 min walk from the Rocher des Doms, 20 min drive from Avignon airport and 45 min drive from Gordes which is one of the most beautiful villages in France etc....
