Nestled on the banks of an unfenced river, it offers an idyllic setting for lovers of fishing and tranquility. Ideally located, you'll be just 10 minutes from the Haute-Touche Animal Park, a true sanctuary for wildlife, and La Roche-Posay, a famous spa town renowned for its wellness treatments. Fifteen minutes away, the charming town of Le Blanc invites you to stroll between heritage and nature. Come and enjoy a rejuvenating getaway where authenticity and serenity meet. Located on the edge of a village, in a peaceful setting, this house welcomes you for a comfortable stay, located behind our property. On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a welcoming living space with a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy lounge area. A shower room, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine complete this level. On the second floor, the sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a crib. A second shower room and separate toilet ensure optimal comfort for the whole family. Amenities: Oil-fired heating (euros8/day). Outdoors: Large terrace and spacious, partially enclosed grounds adjoining our house, with garden furniture and a barbecue. Parking is available in the courtyard. Nearby activities: Horseback riding in Bossay-sur-Claise (7 km). Water sports, swimming, and fishing at Lake Bellebouche (30 km). Property managed by a professional.
