In Brenne, close to the ponds and observatories but also to the Creuse Valley, in an exceptional environment with river and communal swimming pool from April to mid-October (11 x 6.5 meters), old walnut mill with terrace and private garden and small island. House with on the ground floor large living room with a lounge which has a sofa bed (bed for 2 people) and a wood stove, a dining room and an open equipped kitchen - shower room / wc. Upstairs: bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a second bedroom with 3 single beds - wc with sink. Electric heating (billed according to consumption) and wood (45 euros per cubic meter). Sheets and towels provided. 1st category river 'La Sonne' and "Brenne" bike circuit passes in front of the property Property managed by a professional.
