Located at the end of the garden of our house, you are in your own green and private space (200 sqm / 2150 sq feet in total) which includes a house (40 sqm / 430 sq feet) opening on a thek terrace and on your garden, which is separated from ours by a wall of vegetation.
Your cottage is entirely designed and equipped to suit your leisure or business stays.
It comprises:
* a living room opening onto your garden (with convertible-sofa, coffee table, chairs, TV / DVD player)
* a fully-equipped kitchenette (with microwave, oven, gaz hobs, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee-machine, kettle and other ustensils)
* a bedroom opening onto your terrace and garden, with a comfortable queen-sized bed
* a desk with fiber connexion
* a bathroom with large walk-in shower, WC, vanity unit including mirror and hairdryer
* a corridor with wardrobe, lots of storage and washer / dryer
A closed and covered parking box is at your disposal to park your vehicle

Maisons-Laffitte is ideally located between the Seine River and the forest of Saint-Germain (3600 hectares / 14 square miles). This green Parisian suburb is known to be the "city of the horse" with a renowned training center, numerous stables and some 1500 horses.
The cottage is only 500 meters / yards from the Castle of Maisons, which was built by Mansart in the XVIIth century in the pure classical style that inspired the Vaux-le-Vicomte and Versailles Castles. It is located on one of the two original axes of the park of the castle which is still today a classified and preserved area with beautiful mansions built in the nineteenth and early twentieth century.
Walking, biking, swimming, horse riding, running tennis or golf playing are easy and safe in the Park of Maisons Laffitte. The house is also near town where there are lots of boutiques, food shops, bakeries, butcher’s, restaurants, a covered market, a movie theater, an aquatic center, …
