Bienvenue dans cet bel appartement entièrement rénové au centre ville d'Antibes, distance à pied : - Gare SNCF / Routière (3 min) - Port Vauban / Vielle Antibes (3 min) - Plage (5 min) - Boulangerie / Mini market / shopping (1 min) Espace à Vivre : - Cet appartement, lumineux, se trouve dans un immeuble d'un étage seulement datant des années 1960, immeuble sécurisé. - le Rez-de-chaussé a une belle hauteur de plafond de 3 mètres, l'étage se trouve sous les toits avec une hauteur maximum de 1.75m. - Entièrement climatisé (Chambres + salon), Smart TV (Netflix, PrimeVideo), Sound system, 2 salles de bains, 2 toilettes, 2 lits doubles, 1 Soda bed, 2 Bureaux et un espace détente. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Café, thé à votre disposition. Pas de vis-à-vis direct de la terrasse. Plancha, machine à laver/sèche-linge disponible.
