## The space This brand-new and bright 70m² apartment is perfect for up to 5 guests, offering modern comfort and plenty of space in a quiet setting. It includes two enclosed bedrooms: - A master bedroom with a 180 cm king-size bed and an en-suite shower, - A second bedroom that can be configured with a 180 cm king-size bed or two 90 cm single beds. - There is also an alcove with a single bed. The living space features a fully equipped open kitchen (stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine…), a dining area, and a comfortable lounge with a large-screen TV. From the living room, step out onto a spacious 50m² south-facing terrace, perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying the view. You’ll also benefit from ample storage, two large TVs, and high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, all within a quiet and well-maintained residence. ## Guest access The apartment is located in the authentic village of Les Allues/Méribel, just minutes from the Olympe gondola, which takes you directly to Méribel. A free shuttle service also runs regularly from the village during the ski season. A covered parking space and a private underground garage box are included.
