It was in 2017 that Véronique and I acquired this small studio. It is located in the building where we have our main residence. Véronique and I embarked on the real estate adventure 10 years ago, by renting an independent part of our house. This experience enriched us and made us want to continue! In the same building as our main residence, we discovered a small apartment that had been abandoned for several years. We purchased it and completely renovated it. Véronique for the layout, comfort and decoration part, and me for the creation part. We formed a good team in this project! We hope that you will be able to find in this little cocooning apartment all the comfort and well-being that we have tried to create! Feel like your own home.

Property information

Central apartment in Mure. In the heart of this small, authentic and central town in the Alps. There is no shortage of activities around. Passerelles de Monteynard (15 minutes) Alpe du Grand Serre ski resort (20 minutes) Ecrins national park (25 minutes)! Just 15 minutes by car, you can also enjoy Lake Valbonnais and its activities, hiking trails Come and discover the terraces of La Mure located just a few steps away. And why not go get croissants and hot baguettes every morning 30 meters away!

Neighbourhood information

Small, pleasant town with all amenities. Just a stone's throw from the address (30 meters) you will find bakeries, cafes, restaurants and everything else. Why not wake up and make breakfast in the apartment with 1 croissant, a brioche (2,50 euros for 2 at the superb "Anthracite" bakery 30 meters away!) and enjoy it all in front of the bay window! unbeatable right?
