Situé au cœur de Canet en Roussillon, joli appartement 2 pièces pouvant accueillir 4 personnes pour venir se relaxer en couple, en famille ou entre amis. Convivial et confortable, cette appartement au 1er étage dispose: - Une terrasse extérieure vous permettant de profiter d’un moment de détente (terrasse aménagé) - Un salon- séjour comprenant TV avec wifi gratuit, 1 canapé banquette pouvant servir de couchage et 1 table à manger pour 4 personnes et un placard avec une penderie et étagères de rangement. - Une cuisine entièrement équipée ( réfrigérateur, four, plaque, hotte, micro-onde, lave vaisselle, machines à café, grille pain, bouilloire, ustensiles et batteries de cuisine) avec une table bar pouvant servir comme espace de travail ou repas. - Une salle de bain moderne et fonctionnelle avec douche, WC, machine à laver et rangements. - Une chambre avec lit 2 places (140), petite table de nuit, penderie et colonne de rangement. - Le linge de maison sera fourni et installé ( literie et salle de bain) - Kit vaisselle et boissons chaudes (Café, thé, chocolat)
Canet en Roussillon vous ravira toute l’année, par ses étés chauds et animés, ou pendant l’arrière saison plus calme et authentique. Je suis disponible pour vous aider à réussir votre séjour. Après votre réservation, nous pouvons échanger afin de vous aider au mieux selon vos besoins.
Transports : Voiture : accès et stationnement facile Les bus sont à proximité, vous pourrez profiter de vous déplacer sans trop de souci. Vous serez à 5 min max de tous les arrêts du centre qui vous conduiront aux plages ou bien Perpignan pour avoir la possibilité de prendre un bus pour différents itinéraires de visites. La navette petit train est accessible à 70 m (de mai à septembre).les transports sont bien desservi et peu onéreux. La plage est accessible à 2,5 km (35 min à pied) La piscine Europa à 800 m Proches de tous commerces : restaurant, boulangerie, pizzeria, épicerie, tabac-librairie, coiffeur...et centre de loisir : piscine, tennis, bowling, laser game... Endroits à visiter proche du logement : - Vieille ville de Canet - Caves à vin / domaine - Étang de Canet-St Nazaire - Les plages
