Loïc and Vincent love meeting people from all over the world. Vincent was born in Paris and loves his city. Loïc is a thoughtful host with an eye for detail. Our house spans five floors, 10 minutes from the Champ-de-Mars. A gym equipped with a sauna, a water rower, a TechnoGym bench, and a relaxation area is available in a vaulted cellar with exposed stonework, accessible from 8 AM to 11 PM. Each traveler must provide his ID before arrival. Your identity information will be recorded on a police form, which will be kept for six months in accordance with French law. Welcome to our charming town house, ideally located just minutes from the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, and Rue du Commerce. Originally a 19th-century coaching inn, our home combines classic Parisian architecture with modern comforts, including air conditioning throughout. The first floor boasts elegant wall moldings, adding a touch of French refinement. The family suite is occupying an entire floor (40m²), offer privacy and comfort. it includes a queen-size bed (160cm), a queen-size sofa bed (160cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a private dining area, a laundry space, and a bathroom with a shower and separate restroom. Overlooking the peaceful interior courtyard, they guarantee a quiet and restful stay.

Our area is like a village, you can find everything you need just by walk. The "Commerce" street has a lot of stores and famous restaurants (café du Commerce). This street is just 1 bloc from our apartment. You can go by walk to see the Eiffel Tower, The National Residence of the Invalids, Champ de Mars garden and Trocadero palace. The subway station "Cambronne" on the line 6 (direct to the Champs Elysées and Montparnasse station to go to Versailles castle) is at 700 feet. At 5 min by walk (2000 feet) you will find "La Motte Picquet Grenelle" station on the lines 8 (direct to Opera, Grands Boulevards, Republique) and 10 (direct to Notre Dame, Saint Germain, Jardin des Plantes)
