Property information

My house has three bedrooms with four single beds and two double beds, a bathroom, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, a living room-TV and a cosy corner near the wood stove. It also has a GARDEN where you can take advantage of the outdoor furniture to have your meals or your aperitifs, and a SWIMMING POOL which will be very appreciated in summer: you will be able to relax and sunbathe under the sun. You will have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave, Raclette machine, Oven, Iron,... - For seaside activities, the beach of La Hume is 6 minutes away by car, the numerous beaches of Arcachon are 10 minutes away by car. -For hiking, the Parc de la Chêneraie is a 16 minute walk away. - For entertainment with the children, a playground is 15 minutes away. The Grand Ecran Cinema is a 5 minute drive from the accommodation. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favourites with you! See you soon!

Neighbourhood information

La Teste-de-Buch is a commune located next to Arcachon, in the South-West of France. It is a seaside resort from which you can discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama of the bay of Arcachon, the forest and the Cap Ferret lighthouse. Walking around the town, you will notice some old buildings such as the Saint-Vincent Church or the Verthamon House, the current Town Hall, which gives a particular authenticity and history. In the city center, you will also discover the oyster port where you can stop to taste delicious oysters.
