Enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake of Serre-Ponçon and the peak of Morgon, perfect for mountain lovers. With an area of 120 m 2, this accommodation can accommodate up to 7 people. This house includes a bedroom with two single beds measuring 80x200, a second bedroom with a double bed measuring 160x200, and a third bedroom with a double bed measuring 140x200. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen and two shower rooms. In the living room, there is an electric reclining sofa available, and in the mezzanine, a BZ sofa bed measuring 120x190 that can serve as a 4th bedroom, as well as a comfortable workspace. An additional bed measuring 90x190 will be added in the mezzanine to ensure more comfort. To ensure a safe and worry-free stay for all our guests, the garden is equipped with an outdoor video surveillance system for security purposes only. (No cameras are present inside the property.) Wifi access is included to stay connected during your stay. You will also have a hairdryer, a TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a baby bed of size 60x120. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary, including a coffee machine, a barbecue, a microwave, an oven, an iron, a raclette device, an induction hob, a kettle and a toaster. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost. Animals are welcome, so you can share these exceptional moments with your four-legged friends.
