The fine print
End-of-stay cleaning (€60) is payable as an extra for all bookings between 13 December 2025 and 24 April 2026, as well as for all stays of 3 nights or more outside this period.
For short stays (less than 3 nights) outside the winter season, cleaning remains the responsibility of the tenants, unless expressly requested, in which case it can be carried out at an additional cost.

During the winter season, beds are made upon arrival so you can unpack and enjoy the mountains right away.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 300 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
