For 4 nights minimum. Independant very good room in Cannes (one mile away Palais des Festivals). Light and calm. Easy free parking on the street. Bus stop in front, 10 minutes from La Croisette. Free good Wifi. Air conditioner. Sheets and towels, linens provided. HEATER and HOT WATER every time. Studio in a private condominium near a school. It is located in ground garden. 1.6 km from the sea on La Croisette beach. Comfort: separate shower, large bed, high quality mattresses, kitchen. Convenience : fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hob , washing machine and dryer ; TV, free Wi -Fi. Free parking fairly easy in the neighborhood . Ask us for the best way to park. Free beach towels and small umbrella, on request. Masks and snorkels.
We live near you. You can join us very easily by text or messages on Booking. If you need advices about anything in Cannes. We know well the region and we remain at your disposal to hear your demands. We really can help to build your stay, but do not hesitate to ask us your wishes: provencal old market, Festival of fireworks in summer, concerts, museums, iron mask, Lérins Islands, activitées nautical, skiing in winter (1h30 by car). We recommend also to drive to the picturesque villages of the hinterland: Biot and its glass, Grasse and its perfumes (museums), Vallauris and ceramics, Gourdon, St Paul de Vence (Fondation Maeght). Visit to museum "Tribal Arts" in Museum Exploration du Monde in Cannes on the small hill, the Iron Mask Museum on Sainte Marguerite Island, the fortified Monastery tower at the Ile Saint Honorat. Museums: Picasso in Antibes, Chagall and Matisse in Nice, Bonnard in Le Cannet, Fernand Léger in Biot . Excursions: the Lerins Islands Shuttle (Ste Marguerite and St Honorat) Gold Corniche, Lakes, the red Esterel. So Welcome !
Very quiet area, better than the center of Cannes with music, bars, all the nights. 20 minutes by feet down (we are on a hill). Take the bus number 2 to go back to home, at the railways station, direction "Blanchisserie". 10 minutes with bus (air cond) when it is hot is better... Behind the residence bus top "La Fontaine ". Day and night.
