The studio or the maisonette are located on the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan and 5 minutes by car from the fine sand beach. New decoration for the sunset studio in 2023 and has a beautiful terrace overlooking the swimming pool to the south. The house has a large garden with deckchairs. A flat-screen TV with DVD player, radio and free Wi-Fi are provided upon request. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and microwave. You can enjoy your home-cooked meals on the terrace or in the dining area. The town of Vannes is 22 km from the accommodation. They are located a 15-minute drive from Kerver golf club, Arzon, Crouesty port and have free private parking on site.

Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay has to be sent to the owner by cheque/bank transfer/cheques vacances at the time of booking.

There is an extra fee for heating and electricity of 30 EUR per week between October and end of May.
