It measures 22 square meters, includes a living room with plenty of storage space and can accommodate up to 3 people. You'll love its quiet location, close to all amenities. New Poltronesofa bedding (November 2024) We look forward to welcoming you! ## Logement Warm, bright and well-appointed, it includes : - sleeping areas with a brand new sofa bed and a high, fairly short bunk bed (1.80 m, suitable for a child or small person, but not very comfortable for larger people). Lower bunk bed is 2m * 80 cm and equipped with high end mattress. - a shower room ; - a fully-equipped kitchen ; - and a dining area. You will love the furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfasts and lunch outdoors on sunny days! The following facilities are at your disposal: Parking, Microwave, Television, Hairdryer, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost. One of the apartment's assets is its location.
