Beautiful, refined 80m² apartment, right in Nice's Carré d'Or district and 2mins walk from the sea! Perfect for several days of sightseeing or weeks of work from home. Central location >Bakery, cheese shop, pharmacy, supermarket and gym at the foot of the building >3mins walk to luxury shopping street, Place Masséna and the beach >25mins by Tramway to the airport or 15mins by car >12mins walk to Nice train station >2 parkings, each 2mins walk from the apartment

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in one of Nice's nicest neighborhoods. Its central location means you can walk to all the best places in town and to the beach. Just a 2-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais, down the building you'll find a lively neighborhood with pedestrian streets, restaurants, stores, boutiques, etc., but ideally nestled in a quiet street. At the foot of the building you'll find a bakery, cheese shop, pharmacy, wine shop and supermarket, as well as a gym just a 2-minute walk away. To get to Place Masséna or the luxury boutiques? 3mins by foot! The old town is a 15mins walk away and the port 20mins. Want to take the streetcar?
