Enjoy this large modern duplex with your family. It has an ideal location 5 minutes from the RER. Located in the center of Bussy-Saint-Georges, you will enjoy the many restaurants and shops nearby. A very large roof terrace will delight young and old. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, including 1 trundle bed and a Queen size, a master suite, 2 bathrooms and a separate WC. Finally a large living room with open kitchen, a convertible sofa to accommodate up to 8 people and a large roof terrace.

The apartment overlooks a very quiet pedestrian street both day and night, the apartment is located in a quiet and secure residence, in the residential district of Bussy. Modern and quiet city, promenade with lakes and green spaces, numerous cycle paths. Bussy is a city where life is good, mixing the Disney influence with the greenery of the countryside. We are in the city center, no need to walk! Green spaces and lakes less than 5 minutes walk. A4 motorway exit Bussy saint georges (2min) RER A Station Bussy Saint Georges 300 meters on foot. Walks possible in the huge bussy park 300 meters from the apartment, for family walks.
