The apartment has everything youd need for a great stay: a separate bedroom with double bed, a convertible sofa in the living room, a bathroom with WC - rain shower & washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher -microwave - Nespresso coffee machine, a convertible table to eat up to 8 people. Outdoors chairs & table to enjoy your breakfast or glass of wine on the balcony. TV & Free WiFi. The apartement is located in a trendy district where you'll find many restaurants & bars and cultural places. Also you'll be able to enjoy the sea views of beaches "La Reserve" and "Coco beach" that are very close to the apartement and appreciated by locals. Old city is only 10 minutes walking. Nice Acropolis Congress and Exhibition Center is 3 minutes away.
We are available to answear your questions, give you some good addresses, advices and welcome you personally. We are flexible with check-ins and check-outs and when it's possible we always let you stay later or arrive earlier. We speak french, russian, ukrainian & english.
