## The space The T3 1st Line Sea View flat is on the first floor (no lift) of a residence in Palavas-les-Flots. It is fully furnished and equipped with reversible air conditioning in every room: living room, kitchen, bedrooms The accommodation comprises: -Living room, with sea view (Ideal for relaxing on the sofa while watching the sea ) Open, fully-equipped kitchen ( Perfect for cooking tasty meals with family, friends or colleagues without losing the thread of conversation Two sea-view terraces, one equipped with outdoor furniture (tables and chairs) -A first bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning reversible, storage cupboard -A second bedroom suitable for children or young adults with two single bunk beds, small desk, air conditioning and storage cupboard A fully-equipped bathroom with a large shower -Separate toilet ## Guest access Travellers have access to the entire flat.
