On the ground floor of the large building La Soulondre, you will find an apartment of 80m2 fully equipped, crossing and spacious. The living room, the bathroom and the bedroom open onto a terrace and a balcony. West facing, facing the garden and the hills, the apartment is very pleasant and relaxing. Ideal for a couple, it has a large bedroom with double bed, a living-dining room-kitchen (with possibility of one or two extra beds). Located on the banks of the river, it enjoys a privileged location: you are on the GR and at the foot of the old town of Lodève, small shopping, tours are on foot in 5 minutes.
Author and filmdirector, I moved to Lodève to live more calmly after 30 years of Parisian life. I fell in love with Lodève, a sleeping beauty to discover. I rent two apartments, beautifully located for holidays, weekends. As we are new in the area, we are happy to receive and share our enthusiasm. It is well known, that when you arrive somewhere, everything is beautiful, everyone is nice, to paraphase a French film became cult. So we will be glad to receive you! If you are here just for one night. We can offer you more: The breakfast Local products, bread, jams, honey, fruits, cereals, tea, coffee, juice Dinner on reservation We cook fresh and seasonal, with a preference for world cuisine recipes, complete seasonal plates made from whole grains, legumes, vegetables, fruits and homemade desserts. The region loves cheese and wine, we too.
Convenient, Lodève is accessible by motorway (free throughout the region) which can be quickly at the foot of the most beautiful sites, and there are many, the circus of Navacelle, Saint Guilhem the Desert, the gorges of the Hérault, the circus of Mourèze. The small city in itself owns a remarkable museum, a cathedral to be visited with its cloister so much gold of the time. Its market of producers, Saturday and its shops oriented organic, local, will delight those who appreciate the return to do it yourself and home made. The area is beautiful, hot in the summer, but the huge lake of Salagou is less than 15 minutes by car. Lover of wine and good flesh, you will appreciate its numerous gastronomic and inexpensive restaurants.
