Find your inner peace in this beautiful, quiet oasis in the south of France. Only 2 hours away from Toulouse, in the middle of a national park with tons of possibilities for adventure seekers and outdoor sport lovers as well as people who just want to relax and enjoy the French way of life. A 10 meter pool or a game of table tennis should keep the kids of any age busy too. Welcome to Val Paradis! The house belonged to my grandparents for the last 25 years, and they made it into a real home. As an active part of the community, the people of Espagnac-Ste-Eulalie now accept the change and welcome the younger generation in this beautiful, 200 year-old house. It's been taken good care of, but I still have plans for renovations and renewing some outdated facilities. I am very enthusiastic to start this new life as well and hope you share my enthusiasm after you've tasted the wonderfull south-french lifestyle and get acquainted with the kindhearted neighborhoor! See you soon at Val Paradis!
Isaura is a 30-something yo Gynecologist, who loves nature and values family. She took over the house from her grandparents from her father's side, since she has a lot of warm memories here with her family and (meanwhile deceased) father. She loves the place she's been visiting for the last 25 years and wants to strive to keep it in good shape and improve it in some ways as well. She loves sharing the beauty of it and hopes everyone will appreciate it as much as she does, and treat it with respect.
Small town of 88 inhabitants, situated in a beautiful natural region of the south of France. Kind neighbours, a historic town center and a way-point for pilgrims on the road to Santiago de Compostella. In the area: - Ice cream bar & café at 200m - Camping with restaurant and rental service for kayak & canoe at 1 km - bakery at 3 km - gas station at 3 km - hiking tours directly in front of the house, with a beautiful view point at about 500m - Free parking on the grounds of the building for 2-3 cars - Little to no options of public transfer: (rental) car is advised
