Villa Perigord has a unique location set in 5 acres of gardens and grounds. This is a very rural setting with a completely enclosed large garden which means your children can run free in safety. The house overlooks the indoor/outdoor swimming pool - the sliding doors enable you to keep your children safe as they are completely closed until you decide to open them. there are sun terraces around the pool There is conservatory to the rear of the property overlooking our 5000 lavender plants, The terrace to the front is fully equipped with tables and chairs for an al fresco lunch or dinner. Your guests have exclusive access to the pool and grounds, The house has space - we have chosen to limit our number of guests for those individuals who like the space and the option of individual bedrooms.
We have lived in France for many years although English is definitely our main language. We love the peace and tranquility of our location and like others to enjoy, We like the outdoors and nature - we enjoy everything from listening to the dawn chorus to watching the sunset right the way through to admiring the clear skies with no light pollution and the milky way clerly visible.
Rural countryside with just a 5 minute drive to the local town of Gourdon equipped with 5 supermarkets, boulangeries, bars and several restaurants. Perfectly located for visits to Rocamdour, Sarlat, Beynac, Castenau, La Roque Gageac and many more. Enjoy your relaxation time in the pool or enjoying our gardens and lavender field.
