Benefitting from a ground floor bedroom a serene en suite king-size bedroom, designed with accessibility in mind, making it suitable for elderly and disabled guests. Upstairs the master bedroom featuring a luxurious king-size bed, and a large bay window that offers stunning views of the Avon Estuary. Next is a cosy double bedroom, and the 4th bedroom is a bright and airy bunk bedroom consisting of a double bottom bed and a single above. The family bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. The house boasts an expansive open-plan living room adorned with retro chic furnishings and a cosy log burner, this room provides the perfect ambiance for relaxation. The open-plan dining room featuring an elegant eight-seated table and chairs, ideal for family meals and entertaining. This connects to the newly fully fitted modern kitchen, which boasts a countertop hob, oven, under-counter fridge, and dishwasher. A utility room hosts a washing machine and dryer. The are a variety of places to stop off and grab a coffee, cake or bite to eat on your walk. The well known Beachhouse @ South Milton offers breakfasts, coffees and cake and then for lunch and evenings the freshest of seafood with a great beach vibe atmosphere. Further on the village of Hope Cove offers a variety of pubs, bars and hotels, where you are spoilt for choice. Bantham Beach hosts the Gastro Buses offering coffee, cakes, ice cream, burgers and pizza. Quite often in the summer you can enjoy an early evening sundowner at the Cider Bus accompanied with some subtle live music. In the village there is The Sloop Inn and Bantham Café boasting an outside deck overlooking the Estuary wildlife. Further afield you have the local towns of Salcombe, the sailing mecca with its boutique shops, galleries and bistro dining, Kingsbridge a hub of a market town providing the best local produce to make a feast. There is so much to explore and do in the South Hams area, from walking, surfing, paddleboarding, sailing, National Trust properties and museums and local history.
