This accomodation is centrally located at Unity Beach Brean (aka Holiday Resort Unity Brean - Somerset)
We are within a 2- 10 minute walk of attractions and amenities - The theme park, beach and main street shops, arcades, bars restaurants and takeaways. You wont need a car when you stay here!
Entertainment passes are not included and are not compulsary. If you wish to purchase these for any day/s throughout your stay you can do so directly with reception, subject to availability.
Please note that all bookings require a 100.00 pound refundable care bond payable to the agent, Celicias Retreat Rentals Brean, direct after booking.
This will be refunded once an inspection has been carried out. (Normally within 7 days)
Any damages will be deducted and additional charges will be invoiced so we ask you to please kindly respect the property.
We provide duvets and pillows. Guests are required to bring their own duvet and pillow covers and sheets.
