READ BEFORE BOOKING!! ★Guests will be required to complete a registration form, sign standard terms and conditions and submit Government issued identification of the lead guest or the booker.★ ★Prestige Properties SA welcomes you to Orange View, Haverigg. This is a 3-bedroom, high standard, newly refurbished property in the coastal village of Haverigg, Cumbria. ★ ★As you enter the spacious and modern kitchen, you will notice all the mod-cons including an American style fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser. The kitchen also has a washing machine, dryer, dish washer and induction hob with oven. ★ ★There is a breakfast bar on the kitchen counter and a large dining space that can seat 6 people. There is also a smart TV in this space. ★ ★Moving through to the cosy living area is a sofa, electric fire place and smart TV with Netflix. The lighting can also be adjusted in the living area to suit the mood, with a novelty LED colour changing light around the parameter of the living room. ★ ★The property is tastefully decorated throughout to fit the “orange” view theme. ★ ★Upstairs you will find a very generously sized master bedroom with king bed and light up dressing table.★ ★The middle bedroom is a double, which comes with a games arcade machine and TV with Xbox, perfect for kids’ entertainment…. Or bigger kids, ha-ha. ★ ★The last bedroom is a single, which has a cosy feel to it and thoughtfully staged to create space. ★ ★The bathroom is also on the top floor, this has a modern aesthetic, wood panelling and a spacious walk-in shower. ★ ★The property is equipped with everything you may need for a self-catering break away with the family. ★ ★We look forward to welcoming you soon and we hope you enjoy the property and the surrounding area as much as we do.★

★There is space at the side of the property, off the road for 2 cars. ★ ★The property also has a rear yard space with a small table and chairs, particularly enjoyable when the sun is shining★. ★The village of Haverigg has a lot to offer, including a few pubs, a vast beach, a ski bar resort that offers water sports, food and beverages even entertainment on occasion. There is also an ice-cream parlour a café, a local shop and even a farm shop. ★ ★Haverigg is a great base to explore the rest of the lake district. Windermere is less than an hour from the property. ★ ★The neighbouring town of Millom is less than a 5-minute drive away where you will find a train station, petrol station, bars and restaurants, a theatre and a large Tesco’s. ★
