About this property

A short walk from the city centre and only 50 metres from Eastbourne seafront, this family-run B&B offers rooms with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. Set in an elegant Victorian townhouse only 10 minutes’ walk from Eastbourne Train Station. Spacious en suite rooms at 17 Wilmington Square include tea and coffee making facilities and Egyptian cotton linens. Front hotel rooms overlook The Square and have fabulous sea views. An extensive breakfast menu is served at 17 Wilmington Square, with a full English breakfast served alongside a choice of yoghurts with fresh berries, granola, freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly ground coffee. The property is set in the heart of the cultural quarter, opposite the Congress Theatre, Winter Gardena and the Devonshire Park Tennis Centre.
