**please do not book this property if you intend to use it as a base for smoking cannabis or using other drugs. any guests found in violation of this will be ejected and reported to the site and possibly to the police at my discretion** **any areas that guests are not satisfied with in the unit must be addressed with the host within 4 hours of check in time. This gives me time to remedy any problems or offer guests to leave and cancel the booking for a full refund if they prefer. Issues reported after this time can still be raised but it is at my discretion whether to allow the option of booking cancellation for a refund to be applied.** Welcome to my 3 bedroom home in Deeping St James. The house is located conveniently close to Peterborough, Stamford, Spalding and Lincoln. Market Deeping and the other Deeping villages are within 5-15 minutes drive. The house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet, family friendly location. There are 2 dedicated parking spaces at the front of the property. Access is via a self check-in keysafe, the code is sent on here after booking. The accommodation is versatile and caters for both travelling workers and families. The generously proportioned living room hosts a 65" 4K TV with unlimited netflix, amazon prime TV and other streaming facilities. There is a large selection of blu ray discs on site to choose from and an ATMOS soundbar for the full cinematic experience. Relax with 2 comfortable full size sofas. There is a well stocked kitchen with all the utensils and gadgets you would need to prepare meals and a dining table is provided. There is a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. The master bedroom benefits from an en suite shower and toilet and the main bathroom also contains an over the bath shower. All bedsheets and towels are provided.
I've been hosting in the area for a year and recently acquired this house to expand my small business.
The neighbourhood is quiet and is part of the least deprived locality in the whole of Lincolnshire (deeping st james). The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a care home right outside, you may even be booking to stay to visit loved ones over a weekend.
