THE Chalet (Refurbished 2021) is set in a lovely location within the site in a safe well maintained grassy area , where the children can play and make friends allowing you to sit outside The property is comfortably furnished (currently under redecoration) with two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The lounge/diner is spacious, comfortable and well furnished, including TV, while the fully-equipped fitted kitchen has a cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster. There is a bath with electric shower. Car parking is a few yards away and pets are welcome. To keep prices down we do ask though for holiday makers to bring their own Bed Linen, towels etc, we supply the actual pillows and quilts. We find guests prefer this arrangement I have also now added a folding bed you can use in the louge for a 5th person Wi Fi has been added lastly there is an electricity meter for the electrics excluding the lighting and fridge which are FREE
Hi My name is Mike I hope you are going to enjoy your stay if I am not around to welcome you I will send you details of how to get in to the chalet. I am sure you will have a wonderful time and to help you along when you arrive there will be a starter kit of Tea, Coffee available and of course milk and sugar - enjoy
Close by there are clubs offering Live entertainment with free entrance and if you are a bingo fan you are well catered for , Bars, shops, Launderette, Amusements, all this surrounding the site and only a few minutes’ walk away the rolling sand dunes and wide sandy beaches. if you are using the chalet as a base you are about a 15 minute drive from Great Yarmouth, where there are Cinemas, Wave Pool, Night Clubs, Discos, and of course the famous Yarmouth Shows, featuring Top Line Stars. Inland a short drive you will find all the peace and quiet of the Norfolk Broads, which offers Boating, Fishing Bird Watching and splendid Walks . Or perhaps a visit to Horsey Gap to see the seal colony. Norwich is about 40 minutes away and if you do not have a car don't worry as there are busses to get you where you want to go (bus stop about 100 yards away) so everything is within easy reach
