A beautifully presented, one bedroom self contained apartment which can accommodate up to 2 people. Newly refurbished to a high standard with an open plan kitchen/lounge, we offer great value for money accommodation. The private apartment is on the 1st floor of a detached house. In the kitchen, there is a combination oven/microwave, a fridge with a small freezer shelf, kettle, toaster (no hob). There is cutlery, mugs, glasses and plates. A 42 inch smart Tv with Freeview channels and Netflix in the living area and a 32 inch Tv with Freeview and Now Tv and Netflix in the bedroom. Free unlimited WiFi and central heating and towels provided. Please note there is no parking outside the property as it’s on a busy main road. There is plenty of residential street parking opposite on nearby streets and directions will be given when booking. For convenience of guests, we have opted for self check-in & check-out system via unique entry codes for the front door lock. Myself and Janice are always available & contactable on our published contact numbers should guests need any assistance or information. The whole of the apartment is yours to enjoy, so make yourself at home.
I have my daughter Janice to help with the running of the apartment with correspondence and bookings. We are both pretty relaxed people and we look forward to welcoming you in our apartment. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need anything.
