Property information

No.1 is the perfect location for you and your party to explore the best of Plymouth and surrounds, whilst having that quiet reassurance of knowing that you can retreat to the serenity of its location and the beauty of the building itself. The Ground, first and second floors comprise of eight en-suite bedrooms, a main kitchen and a sous kitchen, a huge salon room, all bought together by the sweeping communal areas of entrance halls, a central black and white tiled hallway and striking main staircase. The bedrooms have been meticulously interior designed and there is excellent wifi throughout the building. The sous kitchen is fully self-contained and perfect for any catering you may require and in the lower level is a delightful self-contained two bedroom flat with its own kitchen and living room which may be rented together or separately.

Neighbourhood information

With such a central position you will be no more than 100 yards walk from both the front of the Hoe with its superb views and the Theatre Royal and Royal Parade and only 200 yards from the Barbican and Millbay.
