Room shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, cloakroom and living room. There is shared use of 1 parking space and plenty of on-street parking close by. There is also the use of secure bike storage and a shared garden to the rear of the property. House with excellent insulation. Easy link to train or coach station 10mins,shops nearby, 16mins to the Bristol airport. EPC rating is B as this is a new build
