Step inside this seaside-style apartment boasting incredible views from large windows. The living room features two sofas, an ottoman, and a Smart TV with streaming apps. Nearby, a reading nook with Eiffel chairs is perfect for relaxing with a book. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge/freezer, microwave, double toaster, and an induction hob. Meals can be enjoyed at the Hamptons-style dining table for eight or outside on the decked garden, listening to the waves. The apartment has four bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and quality linen. Two have double beds, and the others are ideal for families, with twin and bunk beds, plus toys. They share a bathroom with a tub and overhead shower, a second shower room, and a separate toilet. Guests can also use the rear garden with picnic tables or explore the adjacent park and Aldwick Beach Café. The beach is steps away, offering long sunshine hours, and a short walk leads to Bognor Regis' shops, restaurants, Picturedome, and pier. You won’t have to look far to find things to do in Bognor Regis and the surrounding areas, from the beautiful coastline to the shops, restaurants, the famous Pier, playing some Crazy Golf, visiting the Museum, ride on the promenade Land Train, or taking a walk in Hotham Park, Bognor Regis has a variety of attractions and things to see and do. Other places to see within the Bognor Regis area include the villages of Felpham, Middleton-On-Sea, the West End and Pagham. Felpham is where the famous Poet, William Blake once lived and the cottage can still be seen to this day. Each village has its own character and selection of shops. There is plenty to keep you and the whole family entertained in Bognor Regis and with the likes of Chichester, Arundel and Littlehampton right on our doorstep, there is lots to explore within a short drive away. From locally caught seafood to indulgent desserts, incredible local produce, to restaurants from around the world including Indian, Polish, Italian and Spanish cuisine, local produce, ice cream parlours, burger bars, authentic cuisine and alfresco seaside dining …the list goes on! The bustling town centre houses popular High Street stores, coffee shops as well as plenty of places to dine then head out and enjoy a drink or two with some of the biggest and busiest nightclubs in West Sussex. Going east you’ll find Brighton, under an hour’s drive away, while London is an hour and 40 minutes on the train.
