The good size two bedrooms 2nd floor apartment is situated in the very centre of Windermere village, only 5-8mins walk from the Train Station. Better still, it also has its own private secured parking. The apartment has been completely renovated recently and include a modern living room and dining area, two good size bedrooms, a new bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Providing great comfort for your stay is important to us therefore the apartment is furnished with high quality furniture and branded soft beddings. To ensure you are kept nice and warm, oversized heating are installed in every room with the latest Hive system. The apartment is a brilliant base for your adventure, whether to use your own car, or by public transportation. The bus stop is about 1minute walk from the apartment, with many bus routes available to various destinations of the Lake District. The apartment provides free WiFi and a flat-screen TV, has a fridge freezer, an oven hob and a dishwasher, a shower, a hairdryer, highchair and Iron & board. Towels are provided. It is perfect for couples or families, and one well-behaved dog is also welcome. The apartment is accessed via external staircase. It is a historical building and there is no lift therefore not suitable for people have mobility issues.
Lake District is our favourite place to be, so we’d be very happy to extend our warm welcome to you! If you are looking for a central location as your base, which can conveniently take you anywhere in this National Park, then please consider staying here. We have made sure the apartment is refurbished with high quality facilities, so that you can have a great stay in this wonderful area.
The apartment’s central location gives you access to a variety of award-winning pubs, restaurants, and takeaways. A small Co-op is downstairs and Sainsbury’s is across the road. There is also Booths next to the Train Station which has fantastic stocks if you wish to make your own meal or takeaway choices. The Water sports Centre is 5mins drive, or 20mins walk, where you can take kayaking, canoeing and paddleboarding. Bowness-on-Windermere is 5minutes drive or 20mins walk, where World of Beatrix Potter is.
