Hello We are Dave & Juz - we are the owners and managers of our beautiful apartment building in Darlington. Dave & I have been married for 15 years and in that time we have developed a portfolio of properties - not just serviced apartments but also more "regular" rental properties across Darlington. We owned the building for many years before knocking it down completely and rebuilding in 2010. Since then we have designed and furnished six independent luxury, welcoming apartments across 3 floors for our guests to enjoy. Our offices below the apartments house our residential sales and lettings business so we are pretty well entrenched in the property business! Every apartment is unique and we have filled them all with designs we love and little finishing touches such as complimentary shower gel, conditioner and shampoo, robes and slippers, TV and wifi, to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We work in the offices under the apartments during the week so we are always on hand if guests need anything - we can arrange theatre tickets, unload shopping deliveries and more. We hope we can welcome you as a guest soon

The striking décor of Apt 4 was inspired by the tea & coffee caddiesin the kitchen and followed throughout the apartment, which features a fully fitted kitchen including oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freeze, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher together with a full range of cutlery and crockery. This allows guests of one night or even one year to live in the apartment just as if it were their own home. There is a stylish leather corner suite and leather and glass dining table in the lounge. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and Bedroom 2 a standard double in the eaves. We also provide robes, slippers, toiletries, a hairdryer and an abundance of fluffy towels so you can really relax as well as free wifi. Netflix to the TV & a full sized tub or bath to relax in. Externally there is parking which longer term guests can reserve as well as an electric car charging point. We provide tea, coffee, milk, biscuits & toiletries and we are more than happy to receive and unpack grocery deliveries for longer term guests. The apartment can accommodate a crib in the lounge area or additional single fold out bed/airbed. We have a travel cot with mattress and sleep bags for younger guests.

Neighbourhood information

Darlington is a vibrant town with a host of amenities including a leisure centre, cinema complex, restaurants, bars and a newly renovated theatre which hosts many West End shows. Close to the Yorkshire Dales, the North Yorkshire Moors, Redcar, Durham and York Darlington can be an ideal base for exploring across the North East. The apartment is just yards from the mainline train station which runs a half hourly service to London, York and Edinburgh There is a 15 minute bus service accessing many of the surrounding areas including Middleton St George, Hurworth, Northallerton and Richmond as well as bus and coach services to places further afield such as Newcastle, Durham, and Sunderland. National coaches also stop in Darlington on a variety of routes. Darlington has its own Railway Museum and the Brick Train as landmarks as well as the beautiful South Park where you can wander around the beautiful parkland and lake as well as watching lawn bowls in the summer months. We are also close to Croft Circuit and the Darlington Arena is at the end of the road If you like dining out, the theatre, cinema, biking, hiking, historic sites and sightseeing then Darlington has it all!
