Newly refurbished and redecorated family home with garden. A fantastic place to stay for families or groups looking to enjoy the delights of Lytham, Blackpool and the Fylde Coast. The location really is amazing.....the property is a stone's throw from Lytham Town Centre offering excellent restaurants, cafes and bars along with some lovely shops. Royal Lytham and several other top rated golf courses are all within 10 minutes drive- a real golfers paradise! A short walk away you will find the beautiful historical attraction, Lytham Hall (home of Lytham Proms and much more), the picturesque Lytham Green & windmill (home of the Lytham Festival and the famous 1940's event). Local leafy walking area Witch Wood on your doorstep. Less than 10 minutes walk from Lytham train station. Park View is also in walking distance and boasts lots of play equipment, skate park, BMX track, sand and water play, not forgetting the amazing cafe and ice cream kiosk! Blackpool with all its bright lights, bars and family attractions is a short drive away. Making this a perfect location for enjoying Blackpool without staying within the hustle and bustle. The perfect location!

The Fylde Coast is the North West UK coastline above Liverpool and below the Lake District. From Fleetwood in the north, through Cleveleys to Lytham St Annes in the South, with Blackpool in the middle. Lytham is a beautiful seaside town with plenty to see and do. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops, parks and of course beaches!!
