    The decor was fab, the art work in particular! It was so cosy and comfy. 2 wonderful nights sleeps were had in the comfy beds! The location is perfect, easy walk to the beach, Brighton and the lanes but also to Hove and some lovely restaurants....

Beautifully styled and steeped in history; this four-storey, two-bedroom townhouse is a hidden gem. It sits on a quiet road with the Regency Square Conservation Area - yet just seconds from the seafront and just a stroll from the centre of Brighton. Whilst this home has a cottage-feel to it; the interior is far more spacious inside than expected; and has been brilliantly designed to maximise the space and light throughout. A lovely little patio area outside for al fresco dining. Please note that I do NOT cater for hen or stag parties.
I am Pete; 50 years old. Happy to rent out the house to nice and respectful people; if they appreciate art and antiques even better as I trained in Fine Art. I love Brighton & Hove and all that it has to offer. Whether you are her for one night or one month; I want you to get the most out of this Great little City of ours. I can recommend numerous places to eat, drink, dance the night away etc. If you are here for a few days; I can recommend days out to places like Lewes or Shoreham or a trip to the Downs or Seven Sisters
