Located in the heart of Ludlow, within a few minutes walk you will find pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops, Ludlow's famous outdoor market and Ludlow Castle. The bungalow was thoroughly renovated during 2023. Parking is on-streeet in Blue parking zones only in adjacant streets. Parking for one vehicle is included in your stay (vehicle registration will be required) and the permit will be valid from 3pm on the day of check in and will expire on the morning of check out at 10am to allow the cleaner to park ready to access the property. There are plenty of pay meter parking areas if you wish to remain in Ludlow for the day after check out. It presents 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and lounge and a Garden BBQ decking area. Branlea is accessed via a private gate off Brand Lane. The garden path leads to a decked BBQ seating area and then onto the front door. The accomondation compises of: A lounge with sofa, two chairs, a TV and Gas log effect fire. A kitchen, fully equipped with oven, fridge, small freezer compartment and all the usual kitchen ware. It also has a bookcase where you will find a small range of books and games and some complimenary tea, coffee and some cereal, free range eggs (where available) from our own free range chickens from our small holding near Ludlow. Main bedroom 1 has a double bed, drawers and a dressing table, and a large spacious en suite bathroom consisting of a walk in shower, toilet, sink and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, drawers a dressing table and a built in wardrobe, plus an en suite, consisting of a walk in shower, toilet and sink. Off the entrance hallway there is a small utility where you will find plenty of space for your boots and shoes and hooks for hanging your coats and the backdoor leading to a small rear lawned area. Branlea is located approximately 15 minutes walk from Ludlow train station and local supermarkets.
Branlea is self contained and self catering. You will recieve access codes for self check in.

Branlea is located approximately 15 minutes walk from Ludlow train station and local supermarkets. Ludlow is a small medievel market town, full of architectural history to explore. Ludlow is renowned for good food with plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs to choose from. Surrounded by the Shropshire Hills, Ludlow is a perfect base to go exploring either on foot or cycling, with Mortimers Forest, Wenlock Edge, The Long Mynd and Clee Hill to name but a few.
