Full of period charm, the property retains many original features, including intricate cornicing, high ceilings, and decorative fireplaces. The main lounge is comfortably furnished with cosy sofas—an ideal spot to unwind after a day out. A second reception room, also with a sofa bed, offers extra space to relax or accommodate additional guests. At the rear of the house, a semi open-plan kitchen diner creates a sociable hub. The dining area is slightly tucked around the corner from the kitchen, offering the perfect balance of connection and separation. A handy breakfast bar provides space for casual meals or a morning coffee, while a separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. A convenient ground floor WC sits opposite. Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom features a super king bed and a large bay window, filling the room with natural light. A second generously sized bedroom offers dual aspect windows and plenty of storage. The third bedroom is best suited to children, featuring bunk beds. Shanklin seafront is the perfect place to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday with its beautiful sandy beach, crazy golf, Shanklin Chine, pubs, restaurants, theme park & amusements. The two mile coastal walk between Shanklin & Sandown is a popular attraction; choose from the undulating coastal path or the sea wall promenade. Along the way is the village of Lake, with its quiet sandy beach and water sports centre. Sandown is popular for visiting Dinosaur Isle with life size models, Sandown Pier and Isle of Wight Zoo famous for its Tiger Sanctuary. There is also an 18 hole golf course at Sandown.
